The Agriturismo “Residenza il Roseto” is immersed in the green scenery of Lake Trasimeno. It is a receptive structure of the farm “Tenuta del Colonnello” and offers to the guests the possibility to enjoy the most evocative and characteristic part of central Italy. While benefiting from the indispensable tranquillity, it is a strategic starting point to reach the main centres of Italian culture and tradition: Florence, Assisi, Rome, as well as to participate in the local events.
The “Residenza il Roseto”, made up of ancient agricultural structures wisely restored, offers 6 apartments composed of:bedroom, living room and bathroom. Each apartment proposes with taste and elegance the forms of tradition and popular memory. They are complete with all services: TV, WiFi, programmable air conditioning in every room, kitchenette.
3 apartments have 4 beds, one apartment has 2 beds and one apartment has 3 beds.

At guests’ disposal there is a lounge formeetings, dinners and a wine cellar for the tasting of typical local products . The offer is completed by a large and green equipped garden , overlooking a swimming pool ( 12×6 mt) with Jacuzzi and solarium . PRICESInside the Residence are organized tournaments of Burraco , Ping-Pong , Calcio Balilla.
There is also a shuttle bus totake guests to the farm (about 20 minutes from the Residence) and/or to take them to points of interest in the surrounding area such as: the LaValle nature reserve, the Castle of the Knights of Malta, the ferry docks to the islands.
In addition, it is possible to reach in a few minutes by car Perugia (Umbria jazz music festival , Eurochocolate fair…), Gubbio ( for theCorsa dei Ceri for example), festivals, fairs and medieval tournaments.

The elegant turist building is located in the suburb of Magione, a little town was rised round the Malta’s castle, near to Trasimeno Lake sich as the naturalistic oasis “La Valle”.
