Inside the Residence are organized tournaments of Burraco , Ping-Pong , Calcio Balilla.
There is also a shuttle bus totake guests to the farm (about 20 minutes from the Residence) and/or to take them to points of interest in the surrounding area such as: the LaValle nature reserve, the Castle of the Knights of Malta, the ferry docks to the islands.
In addition, it is possible to reach in a few minutes by car Perugia (Umbria jazz music festival , Eurochocolate fair…), Gubbio ( for theCorsa dei Ceri for example), festivals, fairs and medieval tournaments.
