This rate include the use of the equipments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>BOOKING CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Included in the rental: bath, kitchen, liner with weekly change, electricity, gas, water, use TV, swimming-pool use, parking, garden, air-conditioning.<\/li><li>Not included in the rental: phone use, final cleaning (\u20ac 20,00).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BOOKINGS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The weekly stay in the summer period is to be booked from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival between 17,00 and 18,00&nbsp;departure before 10,00. The bookings are made by telephone, fax or e-mail. At time of booking a 30% deposit of the total ammount has be paid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of annullation from the seventh day to day of arrival the guest must pay 100% of the rental preice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No reimboursement will be made by us for late start or a curtailment of the holiday.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>FORMALITIES TO COMPLY AT ARRIVAL<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On arrival the guest must show the owner their passport or identity card in order to fulfil all the legislative formalities. Wen the guest receives the keys of the accomodation booked, an inventory of the equipment existing in the apartment will be delivered with which their consistency \/ integrity will be checked upon return of the accommodation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Is forbidden any sustitution of person during the stay. Rubbish must be removed by the guests, both during the stay that on departure, all accomodations are given to guest clean and in order and we ask the guests to leave the accomodations as they found it on arrival.
