Eventi, cerimonie, feste, riunioni e cene di lavoro, quota giornaliera di locazione € 600,00. La quota comprende la disponibilità degli arredi, delle attrezzature e delle strutture esterne.

CONDIZIONI DI LOCAZIONE

SERVIZI

- Compresi nella quota d’affitto: biancheria, climatizzazione (estate-inverno), consumi acqua, gas, energia elettrica, uso TV, uso piscina con arredi, posteggio autovettura, uso area verde attrezzata.

- Non compresi nella quota d’affitto: pulizie finali (€ 20,00), uso del telefono, soggiorno animali.

PRENOTAZIONI

- I soggiorni settimanali in periodo estivo vanno prenotati, preferibilmente, da sabato a sabato. Gli appartamenti verranno consegnati dalle ore 17:00 alle ore 18:00 e dovranno essere liberati entro le ore 10:00 del giorno di partenza. All’atto della prenotazione dovrà essere inviato un acconto pari al 30% del prezzo di locazione.

- In caso di annullamento della prenotazione tra il 7° giorno ed il giorno d’inizio della locazione o la mancata presentazione il giorno di previsto arrivo, l’ospite dovrà pagare l’intera tariffa di locazione.

- Nessun rimborso è dovuto all’ospite che inizia il soggiorno in ritardo o che interrompe il soggiorno prima della fine della locazione.

CONSEGNA DELL’ APPARTAMENTO

- All’ arrivo l’ospite dovrà presentare un documento di riconoscimento ed al ritiro delle chiavi, egli dovrà versare la cauzione (€ 200,00) che sarà restituita alla partenza, previa deduzione di eventuali danni causati all’alloggio e/o alle dotazioni; con le chiavi verrà consegnato l’inventario delle dotazioni esistenti nell’appartamento con cui verrà effettuata la verifica della loro consistenza al momento della restituzione dell’alloggio.

- Non è permessa alcuna sostituzione di persona durante il periodo di locazione. Tutti gli alloggi vengono consegnati puliti e funzionanti e devono essere restituiti nello stesso modo, provvedendo all’asporto dei rifiuti; in caso contrario verrà trattenuta la somma di € 40,00 per le spese di pulizia supplementare.

RECLAMI

- L’ospite dovrà verificare la rispondenza dell’inventario / stato di manutenzione dell’appartamento e presentare le sue osservazioni entro max 24 ore dal suo arrivo.

RESERVIERUNGEN

Im Sommer werden die wöchentlichen Aufenthalte reserviert, wenn möglich von Samstag auf Samstag.

Die Apartments werden von 17:00 bis 18:00 Uhr übergeben und müssen bis 10:00 Uhr am Abfahrtstag freigemacht werden.

Die Reservierungen gehen über Telefon, Fax oder E-Mail. Mit der Reservierung muss eine Anzahlung von 30% gelastet werden. Im Falle einer Absage innerhalb von 7 Tagen vor Aufenthaltsbeginn muss der Gesamtbetrag bezahlt werden.

Es ist nicht erlaubt den Aufenthalt unterbrechen.

ÜBERGABE DES APARTMENTS

Der Gast muss einen Personalausweis vorlegen und bei der Schlüsselausgabe eine Kaution von € 200,00 hinterlegen, die bei der Abfahrt abzüglich der versursachten Schäden Zurückerstattet wird.

Es ist verboten die Personen auszutauschen.

Das Apartment muss sauber und funktionierend zurückerstattet werden. Die Abfälle müssen entfernt werden, andernfalls wird eine Summe von € 40,00 zurückgehalten.

REKLAMIERUNGEN

Innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der Ankunft müssen eventuelle Schäden gemeldet werden.

For party, celebration, meeting, daily rates € 600,00. This rate include the use of the equipments.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

- Included in the rental: bath, kitchen, liner with weekly change, electricity, gas, water, use TV, swimming-pool use, parking, garden, air-conditioning.

- Not included in the rental: phone use, final cleaning (€ 20,00).

BOOKINGS

- The weekly stay in the summer period is to be booked from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival between 17,00 and 18,00 departure before 10,00. The bookings are made by telephone, fax or e-mail. At time of booking a 30% deposit of the total ammount has be paid. In the event of annullation from the seventh day to day of arrival the guest must pay 100% of the rental preice.

- No reimboursement will be made by us for late start or a curtailment of the holiday.

FORMALITIES TO COMPLY AT ARRIVAL

- On arrival the guest must show the owner their passport or identity card in order to fulfil all the legislative formalities. Wen the guest receives the keys of the accomodation booked, has to pay a security deposit € 200,00; this ammount will be refunded at time of departure previous deductions of damages caused to the accomodation and/or equipment. Is forbidden any sustitution of person during the stay. Rubbish must be removed by the guests, both during the stay that on departure, all accomodations are given to guest clean and in order and we ask the guests to leave the accomodations as they found it on arrival. If not the owner or caretaker my deduct from the security deposit up to € 40,00 for additional cleaning costs.

CLAIMS

- The client may check the inventory and the accomodation and make any observation within 24 hours from arrival.
